This time last year, I was sitting in the car, notebook in hand, trying to make sense of where God was taking us next. I’ve worn a lot of hats — career coach, corporate consultant, recruiting expert, speaker — and my husband Rashad? He’s been the backbone of communities and creative teams for years. But neither of us thought life insurance and wealth strategy would be the lane. Until it was. Until it had to be..

In October 2024, something shifted. Not just in our finances — in our focus. Families around us were grieving loved ones without protection, losing homes, pausing dreams. We realized: teaching career paths wasn’t enough. We needed to help people protect the very lives they were building.

We went all in. We got licensed, trained, and started Jireh Wealth Partners. But it wasn’t overnight. And it wasn’t easy.
